Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead train and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
Manage the maintenance budget spare parts inventory and procurement processes.
Ensure optimal uptime reliability and performance of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Oversee all repair installation and inspection activities to maintain operational efficiency.
Establish and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all relevant industry regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes tools and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial) or a related technical field.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems including PLCs and automation.
Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams manage budgets and proficiency with CMMS software.
Demonstrated experience implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced automation robotics or PLC programming
Demonstrated success in CMMS implementation or optimization projects
