The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead train and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Manage the maintenance department budget spare parts inventory and procurement.
Establish and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Coordinate maintenance activities closely with production schedules to minimize disruption.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Industrial Technology or a related technical field.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing CMMS and PM/PdM programs.
Strong technical proficiency across mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Proven leadership skills in managing mentoring and developing a skilled maintenance team.
Experience with maintenance budgeting cost control and project management.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with advanced CMMS implementation or optimization.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Proven ability to manage large-scale capital projects related to facility or equipment upgrades.
Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g. vibration analysis thermography oil analysis).
