Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Strong knowledge of preventive predictive and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
- Proven ability to lead mentor and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
Bonus Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in CMMS administration and optimization.
- Proven experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant experience managing capital improvement projects.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
