Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead mentor and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
Oversee the repair troubleshooting and installation of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Manage the maintenance budget including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the maintenance department.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.

Recommended Qualifications

5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery electrical systems PLCs and automation.
Proven leadership in managing maintenance teams implementing PM/PdM programs and driving equipment reliability.
Proficiency with CMMS platforms and experience managing maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial) or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience implementing or optimizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) like SAP PM or Maximo.
Proven experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g. vibration analysis thermography) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or demonstrated application of continuous improvement methodologies.
Project management experience overseeing capital equipment installations or facility upgrades.
