Key Responsibilities

Oversee the reliable operation and maintenance of all IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems including ERP MES SCADA and shop floor applications.
Manage IT infrastructure network security and data integrity across corporate and production environments.
Lead the IT help desk and support functions ensuring timely resolution of issues for manufacturing personnel and production systems.
Develop and implement IT strategies that align with manufacturing objectives driving digital transformation and efficiency initiatives (e.g. Industry 4.0).
Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect intellectual property production data and critical OT infrastructure.
Drive IT projects from conception to completion such as new system implementations infrastructure upgrades and automation initiatives on the factory floor.
Manage IT vendor relationships contract negotiations and procurement of hardware and software solutions relevant to manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of IT management experience preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in managing manufacturing-specific IT systems including ERP MES SCADA and IoT platforms.
Strong understanding of OT/IT convergence cybersecurity for operational technology and data integrity in production.
Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects manage budgets and develop high-performing IT teams.
Experience aligning IT strategy with manufacturing business objectives and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) SCADA or Industrial IoT platforms.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity best practices.
Proven ability to manage IT projects with minimal disruption to production operations.
