Key Responsibilities

Ensure the high availability security and performance of IT and OT systems critical to manufacturing operations.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) SCADA and other production software.
Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity strategies for both corporate IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
Manage IT infrastructure network architecture and end-user support across all production facilities.
Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging data analytics to optimize manufacturing processes and efficiency.
Oversee IT vendor relationships contracts and service level agreements for manufacturing-specific solutions.
Ensure IT systems and processes adhere to industry regulations quality standards and internal compliance requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and operations in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise with manufacturing-specific systems such as ERP (e.g. SAP Oracle) MES or SCADA.
Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence industrial cybersecurity and operational technology (OT) support.
Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects manage budgets and optimize IT service delivery to support production goals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with production engineering and executive teams.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and IT convergence including SCADA MES or PLC systems.
Familiarity with ERP modules relevant to manufacturing operations (e.g. SAP PP/MM).
Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts such as IoT or predictive analytics within a production environment.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS) and OT networks.
Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects that directly support manufacturing production or quality initiatives.
