We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Montague that are seeking skilled HR Generalists. Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly production and skilled trades positions.
Provide guidance on employee relations performance management and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local labor laws including OSHA regulations.
Administer HR policies and procedures and facilitate new hire onboarding for manufacturing staff.
Support workers' compensation claims management and promote a safe working environment.
Process payroll changes benefits administration and maintain accurate HR records.
Conduct HR investigations and advise management on disciplinary actions.

Recommended Qualifications

3 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws (e.g. FLSA FMLA ADA OSHA) and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for production technical and administrative roles.
Demonstrated experience in employee relations conflict resolution and conducting investigations.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and experience with payroll processing.
Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and safety compliance in a plant environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience supporting a unionized workforce or familiarity with labor relations.
Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and industrial safety best practices.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
