Salary Range: $59000 - $86000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production and operational roles.
- Provide guidance on employee relations resolve grievances and conduct investigations for plant employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws including OSHA regulations.
- Administer workers' compensation claims and actively support plant safety initiatives.
- Support performance management processes including disciplinary actions and performance reviews for manufacturing staff.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs including safety compliance and skill development for hourly personnel.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS data for the manufacturing site.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws including OSHA regulations.
- Proven ability in full-cycle recruitment for production skilled trades and administrative roles.
- Strong capabilities in employee relations conflict resolution and performance management.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and experience with benefits administration and payroll processes.
Bonus Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting a unionized workforce
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations as they pertain to HR responsibilities
