Key Responsibilities

Lead mentor and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.
Oversee engineering projects for new product introduction process optimization and equipment upgrades.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and industry best practices in all engineering activities.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g. mechanical electrical industrial) within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience leading mentoring and developing engineering teams.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion including budget and timeline.
Familiarity with industry safety standards quality management systems (e.g. ISO Six Sigma) and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
MBA or advanced degree in a related technical or business field
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. Industry 4.0 AI/ML applications)
Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or product lifecycle management (PLM) systems specific to manufacturing
