Key Responsibilities

Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to optimize operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving technical and operational challenges.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. IoT AI/ML) in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g. FEA CFD) for product or process optimization
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
