Key Responsibilities

Lead mentor and manage a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
Oversee the design development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes automation and industrial equipment.
Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion on time and within budget.
Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and root cause analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Electrical Industrial) or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation solutions
Proficiency with enterprise-level PLM or ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Siemens Teamcenter)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
