Key Responsibilities

• Develop and program PLC/PAC logic HMI screens and SCADA systems for manufacturing processes.
• Design implement and commission new automation systems and equipment upgrades.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for control systems instrumentation and robotics.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency reliability and data acquisition.
• Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics control narratives and system documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and integrate automation solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet Modbus TCP/IP).
• Experience with robotic systems (e.g. FANUC ABB KUKA) and motion control applications.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical mechanical and software issues in automated systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Automation Engineering or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g. Fanuc Kuka ABB Universal Robots)
• Proficiency in programming and integrating machine vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence)
• Familiarity with database integration (e.g. SQL) for SCADA/MES systems
• Understanding of industrial network architecture and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience with advanced programming languages (e.g. Python C#) for data analysis or custom applications
