Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement PLC HMI and SCADA programming for automated manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical software and hardware issues in industrial control systems.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics control diagrams and system documentation.
• Support commissioning start-up and optimization of new and existing production equipment.
• Ensure control systems comply with safety standards regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel on automation systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g. Rockwell Siemens) and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Proficiency with industrial communication protocols (e.g. EtherNet/IP PROFINET Modbus TCP/IP).
• Experience with industrial robotics vision systems and motion control applications.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics troubleshoot control systems and perform root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in the design implementation and commissioning of automated manufacturing systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB) programming and integration.
• Proficiency in vision system setup and programming (e.g. Cognex Keyence).
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL) and industrial historians (e.g. OSI PI Rockwell FactoryTalk Historian).
• Experience with electrical CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Electrical EPLAN).
