Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement industrial control systems (PLC HMI SCADA).
• Program and configure PLCs HMIs and other automation devices for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve complex control system malfunctions and process issues.
• Lead the commissioning and startup of new automated equipment and production lines.
• Optimize existing control strategies and systems for improved efficiency reliability and throughput.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics control diagrams and system documentation.
• Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards regulatory requirements and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell/Allen-Bradley Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation networks (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet Modbus TCP/IP).
• Demonstrated experience in designing implementing and troubleshooting complex control systems.
• Familiarity with industrial robotics (e.g. Fanuc Kuka ABB) and/or motion control systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g. NFPA 79 ISO 13849) and machine safety system design.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB) programming and integration.
• Proficient in industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence) for inspection or guidance.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and data historian integration for manufacturing data collection and analysis.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced SCADA integration.
• Understanding of industrial network security principles and best practices.
