Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes monitoring performance against targets.
• Manage cost accounting activities including standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard assets.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP tax regulations and other financial reporting standards.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and drive efficiency.
• Manage cash flow working capital and treasury functions to optimize liquidity.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting inventory valuation standard costing and variance analysis specific to manufacturing.
• Proven proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel for financial modeling.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP internal controls and financial reporting requirements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with major manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) including implementation or optimization experience.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for financial modeling and reporting.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with multi-site or international manufacturing financial operations.
