Key Responsibilities

• Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma TPM) across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies waste and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies.
• Develop implement and manage a portfolio of CI projects to achieve measurable improvements in safety quality delivery and cost.
• Provide training coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels on CI principles tools and methodologies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and sustain gains from improvement activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Standardize best practices and ensure adherence to new processes and systems post-implementation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma Kaizen) within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to train mentor and influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing
• Experience working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. FDA ISO)
