We are partnering with organizations in Zeeland that are seeking CNC Machinists. Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machinery including loading programs and raw materials.
Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and G-code to ensure accurate production.
Monitor machine operations making adjustments as needed to maintain part specifications and quality.
Perform in-process and final inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions or production issues to minimize downtime.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Document production activities quality checks and machine parameters accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

Hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints technical drawings and GD&T.
Strong understanding and application of G-code and M-code programming.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (e.g. calipers micrometers bore gauges).
Ability to perform tool changes offsets and basic machine maintenance.

Bonus Qualifications

Proficiency with advanced CAD/CAM software.
Experience with CMM or other advanced metrology equipment.
Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
