Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement industrial automation systems including PLCs HMIs and robotics.
Program configure and debug control systems and software for manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve complex issues with automated equipment and control systems.
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation including schematics logic diagrams and operating procedures.
Collaborate with production maintenance and engineering teams to optimize automation performance and reliability.
Research evaluate and integrate new automation technologies to enhance efficiency quality and safety.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Siemens Rockwell Automation) and HMI/SCADA system development.
Experience with industrial robotics programming integration and maintenance (e.g. FANUC ABB KUKA).
Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP PROFINET) and data acquisition.
Proven ability to troubleshoot diagnose and repair complex automated manufacturing systems.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Mechanical Mechatronics or Automation Engineering.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience integrating automation systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Proficiency with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence) for quality inspection or guidance.
Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity best practices for Operational Technology (OT).
Advanced programming skills (e.g. Python C#) for data acquisition analysis or custom utility development.
Experience with simulation software for process optimization or cell design.
