The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement automated control systems for manufacturing processes.
Program PLCs HMIs SCADA systems and industrial robots.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation system malfunctions and production issues.
Optimize existing automation solutions to enhance productivity quality and safety.
Lead the commissioning and validation of new automation equipment and production lines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all automation systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and project scopes.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell Siemens) and troubleshooting.
Experience with HMI/SCADA system design development and integration.
Hands-on experience with industrial robotics programming and integration.
Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet).
Ability to read interpret and design electrical control schematics.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with industrial robotics platforms (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB)
Proficiency in industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence)
Familiarity with SCADA/MES integration and industrial database solutions (e.g. SQL)
Knowledge of Industrial IoT (IIoT) architectures and edge computing
Experience with advanced CAD software for electrical design (e.g. AutoCAD Electrical EPLAN)
