Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement industrial automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
Program configure and troubleshoot PLCs HMIs SCADA systems and industrial robots.
Optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency productivity and reliability.
Collaborate with production maintenance and engineering teams to integrate new technologies.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation systems schematics and procedures.
Conduct root cause analysis for automation system failures and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
Experience with industrial robotics programming setup and integration.
Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet).
Ability to design troubleshoot and commission complex automation control systems.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Mechanical Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g. Fanuc Kuka ABB Universal Robots).
Proficiency with machine vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence).
Familiarity with data acquisition historian and analytics platforms (e.g. Ignition MES SQL Python for data).
Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet) and cybersecurity principles for OT environments.
