Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for marine engine products and services within Singapore.
Manage and grow key accounts including shipowners shipyards and marine engineering firms.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the Singapore marine sector.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.
Collaborate with internal technical service and product teams to provide customized solutions.
Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with company policies.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Represent the company at trade shows exhibitions and networking events in Singapore.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in marine engine sales or marine equipment sales in Singapore.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Strong network and understanding of the Singapore maritime market.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and travel within Singapore as required.
