Role: Senior Manager CRM & Order Management Platforms
Location: Singapore
We are partnering with a leading telecom client to hire a senior leader to own the strategy delivery and long-term success of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Order Management (OM) platforms including Salesforce CloudSense and custom enterprise systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of CRM and Order Management systems that power sales and service across Enterprise SME Wholesale and International segments. This role balances strategy delivery operations and leadership ensuring platforms are stable.
Responsibilities:
- Own performance scalability security and reliability of CRM & OM platforms.
- Define and deliver a multi-year CRM/OM technology roadmap aligned to business strategy.
- Lead automation DevOps and process optimisation to improve sales and service workflows.
- Run day-to-day operations including on-call incident management and service levels.
- Prioritise initiatives across features tech debt compliance and operational needs.
- Lead and develop high-performing internal and vendor teams.
- Manage budgets capacity planning and vendor partnerships.
- Partner with Billing ERP Digital Channels and Data teams for end-to-end integration.
- Act as senior advisor to executives on CRM and fulfilment strategy.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in CRM and Order Management platforms.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and CloudSense CPQ/Order Management.
- Proven leadership of large mission-critical platforms.
- Experience running teams in a DevOps operating model.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end fulfilment journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Track record of managing budgets teams and vendors.
