Educational Requirement:
- Finished at least 2 years in college without back subject/s
Work Experience:
- Overall 2 years team lead experience and 1 year collections supervisor background (Financial Banking/Telco/Healthcare etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Mentoring: Leading motivating and providing ongoing support and guidance to team members.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking individual and team metrics (KPIs) conducting regular performance reviews providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Training & Development: Providing ongoing coaching and training on collection techniques internal systems and customer service skills to enhance team capabilities.
- Workforce Management: Coordinating work assignments managing schedules and leave requests and ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
- Fostering a Positive Environment: Building a motivating and collaborative work culture that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
