Administrative Assistant ()
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily accounting and general administration support to clinics;
- Handle and check the daily income of the clinics;
- Prepare invoice for payment;
- Coordinate and follow up the weekly logistic management from/to clinics and office;
- Handle the purchasing matters for the clinics and office;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system inventory records;
- Perform physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stock count to the system record;
- Optimise the storage space;
- Recommend to the Division the transfer of surplus or unused supplies and equipment among different clinics;
- Answer internal & external enquires;
- Provide support to meetings and events; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A higher diploma or an associate degree;
- At least one year of relevant work experience;
- Proficiency in common computer applications including MS Office Excel and Chinese word processing;
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility; and
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Immediately availability will be an advantage.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a computer test.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
