As Spa & Leisure Supervisor you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation in the absence of the senior management team. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive exceptional service that facilities are maintained to the highest standards and that staff are motivated to deliver a premium experience. This will also include Duty Management responsibilities. Full training supervision development and support will be given.
