Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B clients using Google Ads products.

  • Identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell suitable solutions.

  • Analyze advertising campaigns and optimize performance for clients.

  • Provide consultative advice to SMBs on PPC strategy ROI and digital marketing best practices.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs in sales retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline management in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Hebrew Native level.

  • English B2 minimum (internal communication).

  • Experience in sales digital marketing account management or Google Ads is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach.

  • Ability to work on-site in Barcelona.

  • EU passport or valid work permit for Spain.
