Your role

As a Virtual Business Banker Merchant Solutions youll drive growth by engaging new and existing business customers identifying transaction banking and merchant needs and partnering closely with our branch network.

This is a fast-paced sales-focused role that requires strong stakeholder management with Regional General Managers Branch Managers and State General Bankers. Youll act as a trusted advisor helping businesses across industries access innovative payment and cash management solutions.

The role is on the road 3 - 4 days a week covering VIC CBD supporting customers where they need you most and working alongside our Local Business Bankers and branch network to deliver exceptional transactional banking outcomes.

What do I need

• 35 years in a customer-facing sales-driven environment
• Proven experience in transaction banking payments or merchant sales
• Strong understanding of SME needs challenges and trends within the business banking landscape
• Experience as a Customer Care Consumer Banker or Personal Banker (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes
