Job Summary
The GROW Paraprofessional supports students with significant academic communication behavioral and functional needs in a specialized sub-separate setting. This role assists the special education teacher in providing individualized instruction maintaining a structured environment and helping students build independence across routines. Key Responsibilities:Provide academic behavioral and functional support under teacher direction. Implement modified lessons prompting systems reinforcement plans and behavior strategies. Support ADLs (feeding toileting hygiene) and classroom routines. Promote communication self-regulation and social skills throughout the day. Collaborate with the teacher and related service providers (SLP OT PT BCBA). Maintain a safe organized and predictable classroom environment. Assist with arrival dismissal and transitions. Be a team : 182 school days 7 hours paid per day plus compensation for 10 holidaysTotal salary: $37390
