1. DevOps & Automation (CI/CD Environments Tooling)
- Build and maintain automation across the software development lifecycle.
- Manage and refresh Dev/Test environments (patching OS health re-provisioning).
- Maintain CI/CD integrations (GitHub Jira) for build test deploy.
- Improve toolchains and introduce new automation where it accelerates development.
- Use AI tools where possible to streamline operations and monitoring.
- Manage wireless networks switches/routers and mobile devices.
- Support network segmentation routing VLANs and performance tuning.
- Administer next-gen firewalls (filtering threat prevention IPSec SSL decryption).
- Oversee endpoint security and physical security technologies.
- Support disaster recovery/business continuity planning.
- Administer VMware vSphere environments Windows/Linux servers and storage.
- Manage Active Directory GPOs DNS/DHCP PKI and identity services.
- Maintain server health backups and performance monitoring.
- Manage Microsoft 365 (email SharePoint OneDrive) & Azure services (VMs Files EntraID Conditional Access).
- Support external test/development environments.
- Administer SQL Server backups monitoring and performance basics.
- Manage integrations with Azure Application Insights.
- Deploy and image workstations (Windows/Mac/Linux).
- Configure employee access (AD file shares O365).
- Maintain mobile devices and printers.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware/software.
- Keep documentation and IT policies up to date.
Core Required Skills
- VMware vSphere 7/8 ESXi server/storage experience
- Active Directory (2012) DNS DHCP GPO
- Azure administration (VMs Conditional Access M365)
- Networking fundamentals: Cisco/Dell/Juniper next-gen firewalls
- Endpoint security management
- PowerShell scripting
- Windows 11 macOS Linux
- GitHub CI/CD
- Docker or Kubernetes
- SQL Server admin
- Azure Insights Power BI
- AI-based automation tools
- Microsoft AI Foundry
- DevOps toolchain experience (Git Jira)
