Warehouse Operations Supervisor
The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Supervisor youll oversee daily activities optimize processes and ensure accurate handling of goods in a dynamic environment. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates.
Manage inventory control and optimize warehouse layouts.
Oversee accurate processing of shipments and stock transfers.
Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Enforce safety policies and promote a safe work culture.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
Collaborate with logistics procurement and production teams.
Analyze performance reports and implement improvements.
Your Background
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
35 years of warehouse operations experience including 12 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of WMS and inventory control principles.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
