Lead with Purpose as Our Middle School Assistant Principal

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Principal in leading daily school operations with efficiency care and vision
Foster a safe inclusive and engaging environment that promotes student success and wellbeing
Collaborate with teachers to strengthen instructional practices and ensure high academic standards
Build strong relationships with students families and staff to cultivate trust and partnership
Contribute to strategic planning and school improvement initiatives that align with our mission

Requirements:

Masters degree in Education Educational Leadership or a related field
Proven experience in middle school teaching and/or leadership roles
Passion for empowering students and supporting teachers in their professional growth
