Whats the role
This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney with hybrid working (three days a week in the office). Youll be part of the team behind the Westpac App and digital banking platforms helping deliver new features smoother experiences and high-quality releases for millions of customers. Youll work closely with engineers product teams and stakeholders to ensure every update is stable secure and customer-ready.
What do I need
- Strong QA skills across manual and automation testing
- Ability to work in Agile teams and manage test planning and reporting
- Understanding of quality areas such as performance security accessibility and operational readiness
- Experience building relationships and working with multiple technical teams
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA Confluence AppDynamics Splunk debugging tools and automation frameworks
