Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. This role requires adaptability clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams support hospital operations and contribute to positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
Monitor assess and document patient conditions and responses to interventions.
Administer medications safely and accurately.
Float to other units within your scope as needed providing skilled nursing care across departments.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Promote a safe clean and therapeutic environment.
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in New York State.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible adaptable and willing to float between units.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
