Job Summary
Develop implement and assess Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans including writing and reporting on student goals and participate in Team meetings for eligibility annual reviews and specialized instruction in primary content areas developing appropriate modifications and with grade-level educators specialists and support staff to ensure comprehensive student regular communication with families/caregivers regarding student assessments and standardized testing to support the eligibility evaluation direct instruction in both inclusive classroom settings and small group/individual settings as per student understanding of the general education curriculum and adjust instruction with general education staff on learning styles differentiated instruction and appropriate teaching materials for diverse special education instruction with general education classroom compliance with federal and state regulations in all aspects of the special education and interpret formal and informal educational assessments preparing written reports as student work samples and data to monitor progress and identify skill and collaborate with paraprofessionals and ABA annual review and progress update Team meetings as required.
