Job Summary
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and fine-tune Gen AI models (LLMs) for summarization document Q&A and contextual insights.
Build APIs and microservices for AI integration into NatWest customer systems.
Implement prompt engineering retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector store integration.
Work with architects and data scientists to operationalize AI safely.
Required Skills:
Expertise in Python LangChain OpenAI API (or Azure OpenAI) and vector databases.
Familiarity with financial domain data customer due diligence (CDD/KYC) and document processing.
Understanding of model evaluation guardrails and responsible AI practices.
