Intro to the Role

Join Morgan Stanley Investment Management as an Analyst in the International Alternatives Marketing team supporting strategic marketing initiatives for our ex-US markets. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to the growth of our Alternatives platform.

What will you be doing

  • You will support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for the International Alternatives Investments platform in ex-US markets.

  • You will help generate and deploy communications that differentiate our products and solutions aiming to generate demand and amplify our brand.

  • You will support marketing-related requests from ex-US Sales and establish alternative product priorities for 2026.

  • You will help develop new processes and reports to support the business.

  • You will produce email templates for external communications including launches capital raising thought leadership webinars and events.

  • You will assist with webcast set-up and production and maintain events calendars.

  • You will coordinate speakers and schedule preparation calls for events.

  • You will collate feedback and analytics on emails and events and create clear metrics to monitor and report results.

  • You will work with EMEA Channel to maintain alts-focused media advertising and manage deliverables

What were looking for:

  • Experience in financial markets and a keen interest in investment management.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

  • Strong academic background and ability to work independently.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams with strong organisational skills.
