About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate the delivery of products from design to release.
- Develop and complete project plans schedules budgets and deliverables.
- Identify and prioritize resources define project roles and ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor projects from initiation to delivery collaborating with external customers and field-based employees as needed.
- Provide technical support and direction ensuring efficient operation of the function.
- Select develop and evaluate personnel to maintain high performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing complex engineering programs and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to connect programs to broader business goals.
- Outstanding leadership and partnership skills working closely with senior leaders.
- Operational rigor to bring structure and clarity to complex efforts.
- Excellent communication skills to distill complex information for various audiences.
- Good judgment and maturity in handling sensitive situations with discretion.
- Adaptability to switch between strategic discussions and hands-on execution.
