Job Summary
Position Description:
Lead and manage the Program Management Office (PMO) for a large-scale Agile SAFe program. Drive governance planning reporting and cross-team coordination to ensure successful delivery.
Need mandatory Government Security clearance for this role.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
1. Program Planning & PMO Operations
Establish and lead PMO structure processes and reporting aligned with Agile SAFe.
Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (scope schedule risk communications).
Manage onboarding and readiness for program kickoff and delivery cycles.
2. Governance & Decision Support
Prepare governance materials (decks agendas decision logs).
Coordinate approvals escalations and maintain governance calendars.
3. Scheduling & Delivery Alignment
Maintain integrated program schedule aligned to SAFe cadence and milestones.
Coordinate dependencies across Architecture Release Management and workstreams.
4. Reporting & Metrics
Define and operate reporting models dashboards and performance metrics.
Produce executive and sprint reports using Azure DevOps (ADO).
5. RAID Management
Lead risk issue action and dependency management across workstreams.
Ensure mitigation strategies and timely escalation.
6. Scope & Financial Management
Enforce scope boundaries and monitor scope drift.
Track burn rates forecasts and financial health with internal finance teams.
7. Cross-Team Integration
Drive coordination across Architecture Development AI Data Migration UX and Business teams.
Maintain unified view of program health and critical path.
8. Stakeholder Engagement
Align with client PMO and program management counterparts.
Promote transparency and consolidate insights for executive communication.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Proven experience in PMO leadership within Agile SAFe environments.
Strong governance scheduling and financial management skills.
Expertise in Azure DevOps reporting and dashboard creation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105000$155000. This role is an existing vacancy.
