We re looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Manager with a strong background in customer support account management or business development preferably within the Security AI or related tech industry. You will be responsible for managing customers. Relationships ensuring product adoption and resolving time-sensitive technical issues with precision and care.
This role requires a team player who thrives in fast-paced environments can multitask effectively and is confident in handling direct customer communication in both German and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Onboard train and support customers through the full lifecycle from setup to active use.
- Manage and resolve time-sensitive technical issues in coordination with Product and Support teams.
- Drive product adoption and retention through relationship building and proactive communication.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for upsell and expansion.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to support product development and improvement.
