An established boys secondary school in Sutton is seeking an experienced reliable and proactive Site Manager to oversee school facilities maintenance and health & safety from January.

About the Role
The Site Manager will lead the premises team manage contractors oversee site security schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Hands-on maintenance ability is essential.
Requirements
Previous experience in school site management preferred
Strong knowledge of compliance H&S safeguarding and building maintenance
Ability to lead a premises team and manage large-site logistics
