At Prometeo Talent we are looking for Global Freelance Recruiters to join our talent network and collaborate on recruitment processes for clients in Europe the United States and LATAM.

What will you do in this role

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: client intake profile definition sourcing strategy interviews shortlists offers and closing.

Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter/Lite Boolean/X-ray searches referrals and targeted outreach.

Act as a strategic partner to clients: lead follow-up meetings manage feedback and align expectations.

Conduct structured interviews to deeply understand candidate profiles.

Maintain healthy pipelines in the ATS with updated information notes and key metrics (Time-to-Shortlist Submittal-to-Hire Fill Rate).

What are we looking for

Recruiters with 3 years of experience (based in Barcelona or nearby areas)

Advanced English

Experience in international recruitment

Previous work in recruitment agencies or consulting firms

Strong self-management skills and a results-oriented mindset

Passion for recruitment and a desire to be part of a global network
