Techno-Functional Oracle EBS HCM Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Configure maintain and support Oracle EBS HCM modules: Core HR Payroll OTL.
- Manage and support multiple payrolls and GREs ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Develop troubleshoot and optimize Payroll Fast Formulas.
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax rules minimum wage standards and statutory requirements.
- Perform SQL-based data validation extracts and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain end-user documentation training and functional specs.
- Handle Oracle Service Requests (SRs) - creation tracking and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT UAT and regression testing.
- Analyze and resolve technical functional issues affecting HR Payroll and OTL.
- Work with HR and Payroll teams to identify improvements and implement enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Oracle EBS HCM techno-functional experience (R12 or higher).
- Deep understanding of HR Payroll OTL configurations schemas and processes.
- Strong experience with Payroll Fast Formulas and core payroll features.
- Proficient in SQL for queries audits and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of tax rules wage laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience supporting multiple GREs and payrolls.
- Strong experience in IT/UAT/regression testing cycles.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proven experience with SR lifecycle management.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM (migration/hybrid environments).
- Familiarity with WebADI BI Publisher OTBI or other integration tools.
