Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Relations Intern to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire customer lifecycle from initial lead qualification to post-purchase support and retention. You will be the primary point of contact for clients ensuring a seamless and positive experience while actively contributing to sales and customer satisfaction goals.
What You Will Do
Pre-Sales Activities (Business Development Support):
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential new leads and market opportunities.
- Outreach: Conduct initial contact with prospects via phone email and social media.
- Sales Enablement: Prepare quotes proposals and presentations for the sales team.
- CRM Management: Track all lead interactions and updates accurately in our system.
After-Sales Activities (Customer Support & Retention)
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries complaints and concerns (phone email chat).
- Order Processing: Manage sales orders returns and exchanges efficiently with logistics teams.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate internally to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
- Customer Retention: Conduct proactive follow-ups post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights and report feedback to help improve products and services.
