We are seeking an individual with a passion for innovation and strategic thinking who understands how technology (SaaS and AI) transforms business. You will be responsible for a project-based sales approach focusing on in-depth analysis of the clients processes identifying bottlenecks and selecting optimal solutions from our portfolio which includes leading SaaS tools and advanced AI products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business Process Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of current operational and sales processes for B2B clients to identify areas requiring optimization.
- Project Consulting and Solution Sales: Developing and presenting comprehensive digital transformation strategies utilizing selected SaaS tools (e.g. CRM Customer Service E-commerce) and AI products as part of a coherent long-term value proposition.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: From identifying and qualifying B2B clients (Outbound) through preparing personalized project proposals to finalizing negotiations.
- Market Education: Active participation in creating and conducting webinars workshops and public speaking engagements promoting an innovative approach to business optimization using technology.
- Technology Selection and Evaluation: Continuous monitoring and analysis of implementation results and selecting the best technological solutions from the portfolio (Pipedrive Zendesk AI) to maximize client efficiency.
Requirements:
- Analytical Approach: Documented ability to analyze business processes draw conclusions and design optimal solutions.
- B2B Sales/Consulting Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B solution sales especially in a project or consulting model.
- Specialized Knowledge: Experience in selling and/or implementing SaaS solutions (e.g. CRM Helpdesk) and an interest/knowledge of the application of AI technology in business.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Polish (Native Polish) and very good command of English (min. C1 essential for cooperation with partners and solution analysis).
- Personal Qualities: High empathy self-reliance proactivity and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Google Cloud or other Cloud platforms.
- Practical knowledge of tools such as Pipedrive Zendesk or similar systems.
- Experience in conducting workshops for clients.
