The position
As a Senior Total Rewards Manager you will:
- Lead global rewards operations overseeing end-to-end delivery for compensation benefits incentives and recognition programmes across all regions.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective Total Rewards operations ensuring process standardisation and driving automation initiatives.
- Manage global cyclical activities such as Compensation Revision Exercises survey submissions salary range processes salary pay mix analysis and sustainable pay initiatives.
- Benchmark Short Term Incentives Long Term Incentives and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness within the market
- Lead and develop a team of skilled Total Rewards professionals including TR Specialists fostering engagement growth and collaboration.
Enhance performance and potential of the team through goal setting coaching and development opportunities.
Manage administrative responsibilities including budget planning resource allocation and operational decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
- Collaborate and coordinate with a complex global stakeholder landscape including internal and external stakeholders including TR COEs HRBPs vendors etc; leverage strong negotiation and communication skills to drive TR initiatives effectively.
- Actively contribute to the P&O-GBS Leadership team driving cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives.
