Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifying and managing the companys financial risks
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and communicating financial performance to the CEO and board of directors
- Developing financial forecasts budgets and strategic plans
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements
- Building and managing the finance and accounting teams
- Overseeing cash flow capital allocation and financial strategy
Desired Experience & Qualification
- BCom (Honours) Finance
- (CA) Chartered Accountant
- Professional body Registration
- Minimum of 10 years experience
Package & Remuneration
