Regional Financial Manager Cape Town (Cape Flats)
Location: Cape Town Western CapeIndustry: Retail / FMCG

Were looking for a dynamic Regional Financial Manager to take charge of financial operations across multiple stores in the Cape Flats region. If you thrive on leadership strategy and driving results this is your chance to shine!
What Youll Do
Lead and inspire a regional finance teamDrive operational plans and achieve profitability targets
Oversee month-end and annual financial statements
Contribute to stock control and risk management
Ensure accurate reporting and compliance
Promote values of honesty respect accountability and energy
What Were Looking For
Qualifications:- BCom Accounting or higher financial qualification
- Honours degree or equivalent (CA(SA) preferred)
- 7 years in senior financial management within retail or FMCG
- Leadership & people management
- Strategic planning & decision-making
- Risk management & budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Customer-centric mindset
