Our client is looking for a Splunk developer for the Near Real Time Analytics Team. If you are a passionate Splunk developer with a cloud focus willing to take a lead role sharing knowledge and giving guidance are thrilled about latest technologies full of energy and ambition hands-on and not afraid of making your hands dirty this is the right position for you
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:- At least 10 years worth of experience in Splunk app Development ETL with SPL. (Simple-XML & Dashboard Studio)
- Experience with CI/CD for data pipelines and orchestration tools (GitHub Actions
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:- Knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (Splunk Power BI Grafana)
- Cloud Experience.
- SQL Background.
- ETL Background.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:- Relevant IT Degree / Diploma / equivalent work Experience.
- 10 years experience in as a Splunk App Developer.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Development of backend and frontend user stories
- Take actively part in all regular Scrum ceremonies
- Contribute to refinement of user stories (user stories at the beginning of a development sprint might not be
- fully specified)
- Liaise with stakeholders and team members
- Pro-active knowledge sharing mentoring and coaching of members from the same or other teams
- Clarify open points possibly making proposals and/or developing a prototype for further discussion.
- Provide support for existing solutions (DevOps)
Front-End Developer( Senior)- Managing and enabling internal and external teams to carry out implementation tasks
- Independent programming IT Solutions
- Collaborating closely with IT providers
- Taking end-to-ed responsibility for functions and products from collecting requirements to implementation and problem solution
- Controlling and managing the software lifecycle and continuously integrating and deploying IT applications
- Applying test-driven development methods
- Applying in-depth knowledge and expertise to develop accurate software solutions for products
- Collaborating with product stakeholders
- Executing development activities
- Working according to Agile methods eg. Scrum
