Vision and Alignment
Share the vision/strategy of your perimeter with the team members
Provide guidance instruction and direction to team members to enhance productivity and alignment while ensuring balance of peoples lives is maintained
Provides macro estimation of the planned delivery;
Ensures consistency and facilitates collaboration across functions for specific service at strategic horizon
