Job Summary

Our internship program is an in-office 8-week paid internship. Summer interns will work primarily on project-based teams.

Some responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

Drafting and editing press releases and other communications documents for stakeholders including employees customers and investors
Conducting general industry research research of specific situations and how companies handled them as well as background research on the firms clients or their competitors
Participating in conference calls
Monitoring newswires and publications for client-related news and alerting clients to relevant stories or breaking news that may impact them
Creating and updating media and analyst lists
Participating in an intern group project to be presented at the end of the program

Candidates should possess the following:

Proficiency with office applications (Microsoft applications: Word Excel PowerPoint)
The ability to take verbal direction rapidly and accurately
The ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks
The ability to learn quickly under time pressure
Exceptional attention to detail
The ability to work well in teams
